At Madri, we believe that custom-designed jewelry pieces are deeply personal and important investments. That's why we offer a one-of-a-kind experience to ensure that your vision becomes a reality. We work closely with you to create a design that perfectly fits your style and budget.

Our custom design process starts with a consultation meeting, which you can schedule by emailing us at madri@iloni.co.za with your ideas. We can either meet in person or have a Zoom call to discuss your needs and vision. During this session, we listen attentively to your ideas, ask all the right questions, and share our expert knowledge on different metals and stones.

Once we've had our consultation meeting, we'll send you a proposal with an estimated quote for the design discussed. If you're happy with the estimate quote, we'll invoice you for a design activation fee of R500 to move on to the next phase of the process, designing the ring.

We'll pitch 1-3 design options based on your brief, and you can guide us in the direction to get to the final design. The next step is to find the perfect diamond or stone for your ring. Once we've found the perfect stone, we'll sketch up your final ring design. In some cases, we may need to source the stone first. We'll send you a realistic rendering of your design for final approval before we move on to production.

The process from the initial brief to the final piece usually takes around 6 weeks. We understand that this is a significant investment, and we take the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure that your custom-designed jewelry piece is everything you dreamed of and more.
