If you order the wrong size 9ct Gold ring we will gladly re-size it for you. Please see the prices for resizing below:

Making the ring smaller: 

1 size adjustment R250
2 sizes adjustment R270
3 sizes adjustment R290
4 sizes adjustment R310

Making the ring bigger: 

1 size adjustment R350
2 sizes adjustment R470
3 sizes adjustment R590
4 sizes adjustment R710

Shipping cost for collecting your ring is R100 and for delivering the new ring is also R100. We will add the shipping costs to the invoice, we will ship the ring once the invoice has been paid. 

The process

Send us an email with your name, contact details, order number and correct ring size. (Please order our finger sizer if you are not sure of your exact size) 

We will either book collection from you or you can deliver the ring to our studio in Gardens or to our flagship store in the Watershed at the Waterfront.

Resizing can take up to two weeks.
