Return & Exchange policy:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your iloni piece, you can log a return by emailing us at madri@iloni.co.za, please include the following:

  • Please send us a image of the broken/ faulty jewellery piece
  • Explain the problem or how the item broke.
  • Tell us when and where you bought the piece

Please note:

- If the jewellery piece is faulty due to sub standard manufacturing, we will either send you a new piece or give you your money back. ( Shipping fees are not included in refunds.)

-Your return needs to be logged within 30 days of purchasing your item.
