Return & Exchange policy:
At iLoni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have bought the wrong size, you may exchange it for another size within 30 days of purchase. Please note that exchanging a Gold ring for another size has a cost implication, and you can check the Gold ring sizing section on our website to see the costs. Shipping is not included and will be invoiced separately at a cost of R200 (nationally) for collecting the item you received and shipping the new item. The invoice must be paid upfront. We will do our best to arrange for collection and delivery on the same day, but please note that this is not always possible.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
If the jewelry piece is faulty due to substandard manufacturing, please send us an image of the broken/faulty piece, explain the problem, and tell us when and where you bought the piece. We will either send you a new piece or give you your money back. Your return needs to be logged within 30 days of purchasing your item.
Please note that tarnishing of silver or brass components is not considered faulty, as it is a natural process that will occur over time. Similarly, gold plating wearing off is not seen as faulty, and we will re-plate your rings free of charge (shipping costs are not included).
Please also note that we do not offer exchanges for international orders, so please ensure that you choose the correct size when placing your order.
